Shopify integration
Synapis reads your products, collections, stock and recent orders, then writes and designs posts around what actually sells. You review each one before it goes to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
Connects with a read-only custom app you create in Shopify.

Four steps, and you only take part in two of them.
It learns your brand colours, tone of voice and what you sell from your own website. No questionnaire.
Create a custom app in your Shopify admin with four read scopes, install it on your store and paste its credentials into Synapis.
Posts are spread across content pillars built from your data: best sellers, current offers, new arrivals and products you have in stock.
Each post arrives by email with its caption and design. Edit it, swap the product or regenerate it, then publish or schedule in one click.
The connector reads four kinds of data, and each one shapes the posts.
Units sold over the last 30 days rank your products, so the posts feature what your customers already buy.
When a product has a compare-at price, the offer post leads with the biggest discount and puts both prices in the caption.
Products listed in the last two weeks get their own post, so launches do not wait for someone to remember them.
Stock levels from Shopify inventory decide which products the showcase posts feature.
Captions link to the product page on your storefront, so a post leads straight to the checkout.
Each design uses your own product photo, placed in a fitting scene with the product itself left untouched.
Illustrative examples of the layouts Synapis generates: your product photo in a scene, a headline and a badge.

Synapis connects through a custom app that you create for your own store, not through the Shopify App Store. It takes a few minutes. In your Shopify admin, open Settings, then Apps and sales channels, then Develop apps, and create an app. You can also create one in the Shopify Dev Dashboard, where you release a version before installing it.
Give the app four read scopes: read_products, read_inventory, read_content and read_orders. Install it on your store, then paste its client ID and client secret into Synapis. An older Admin API access token that starts with shpat_ works too. Synapis tests the connection before saving it.
The app belongs to you, so you control its permissions and can revoke it whenever you like. Synapis only asks for read access and never writes to your store.
The weekly plan scales with your catalogue. A store with 50 or more products that have photos gets at least four product posts a week, 30 or more gets three, 10 or more gets two, and smaller stores get one, with an educational post alongside when the catalogue is small. These are minimums, and you set the schedule: daily, on chosen weekdays, monthly or yearly, at the time of day you pick.
Products rotate. Anything not yet featured goes first, and a product waits three weeks before it appears again.
No. You connect it with a custom app that you create in your own Shopify admin or Dev Dashboard. That keeps the permissions in your hands and needs no App Store install.
Four read scopes: read_products, read_inventory, read_content and read_orders. The orders scope is what lets Synapis rank best sellers by real sales.
No. The connector only runs read queries. It never creates, edits or deletes anything in your store.
Not for Shopify, which has no native reviews API. Review-based "customer favourite" posts are available for WooCommerce stores.
Every night, and whenever you press Sync now. Sale prices that have ended are cleared on the next sync.
