One team · one product

An engineering team that turned its client work into a product

Synapis builds AI social media automation, made for online stores and ready for any website.

The story

From client builds to one product.

Synapis started as an AI engineering team doing custom work for other companies: support automation, document pipelines, integrations, forecasting. And one request kept coming back from ecommerce clients: social media was eating hours every week. Picking products to feature, writing captions, making visuals, keeping a schedule alive, and no tool on the market did the whole job.

So we built it. Connect a store or website, and Synapis reads the brand, picks the products worth posting, writes the captions, designs the visuals, and lines up a week of posts for one-click approval, then publishes them to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. That product is now the core of the company.

Today that product is all we do. One team, focused on taking social media off your plate.

Principles

What we hold ourselves to.

  1. 01

    Nothing publishes without your approval.

The product drafts, designs, and schedules, but every post waits for your click before it reaches your feed. Human sign-off isn't a premium tier; it's how the system is built.

  2. 02

    Automation should be inspectable.

Every step leaves an artifact you can open and change: the brand profile, the post drafts, the weekly calendar. If you can't see what an automation did, you can't trust it, so we make sure you can.

  3. 03

Built by the people who run it.

The engineers who write Synapis operate it on live stores every day. Rough edges get felt by us first, and the roadmap comes from running the product, not from guessing.

  4. 04

    We only describe what's live.

Everything on this site is running in production today, including auto-publishing to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. If a feature isn't live, we don't sell it.
