1. Use of the Platform

Synapis provides AI automation services and a machine learning platform. You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload personal, sensitive, or confidential data unless you have full rights to do so

2. Data Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of the data you upload.
  • You own the models generated from your data.
  • We do not reuse, redistribute, or commercialize your data or models.

3. Free and Paid Plans

  • Synapis offers 2,500 free credits to new users.
  • Usage beyond the free tier may require purchasing additional credits.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Abuse the platform
  • Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering

5. Disclaimers

  • We strive to maintain uptime and functionality but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Models trained on the platform are as accurate as the data and configuration provided; Synapis is not liable for incorrect predictions or business outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Synapis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

We are committed to complying with both the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

For EU/EEA Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct any inaccuracies in your data
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to the processing of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis for processing
