How Synapis compares, plainly

Most social tools schedule what you make. Synapis makes the posts from your store and sends them to you to approve. Here is where that helps, and where another tool will suit you better.

The honest summary

Synapis makes the post

Caption and matching design from your website and products, sent for your approval. Schedulers leave the making to you.

Others reach more networks

Synapis publishes to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Buffer, Later and Hootsuite cover eight to twelve or more.

Others have analytics

Dashboards, inboxes and listening are not part of Synapis. The suites include them.

Store data is the difference

Synapis reads Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or a feed and posts best sellers, offers and new arrivals.

Approval on every account

Buffer, Later and Hootsuite put approvals on higher plans. Synapis reviews every post with you.

No subscription

Pay about 1,000 credits a post. The others charge monthly, per channel or per user.

Two kinds of social media tool

Most social media tools are schedulers. You make the post, the image and the caption, and the tool publishes it on time across your networks, then reports on how it did. Buffer, Hootsuite and Later are schedulers, and good ones: they reach eight to twelve or more networks and include analytics, inboxes and team features.

Synapis is a different kind of tool. It makes the post. It reads your website and your store, writes the caption, designs a matching image, and sends the finished post to you for approval before it goes to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. It publishes to fewer networks and has no analytics dashboard, so it is not a replacement for a scheduler if you need those.

Which one suits you

Choose a scheduler if you already produce your own content, publish to TikTok, X, YouTube or Pinterest, or need reporting and a shared inbox for a team. Choose Synapis if you run an online store, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are enough, and the bottleneck is making the posts at all. Some stores use both: Synapis for product posts, a scheduler for everything else.

Pricing differs in kind too. The schedulers charge a monthly subscription, per channel or per user. Synapis has no subscription: you buy credits, a post costs about 1,000 of them, and the first 3,000 are free. Each comparison below has the details, dated and linked to the vendors’ own pages.
