Outfy is well established on Shopify: 4.8 stars from 573 reviews on the App Store when we checked. It makes a lot of formats from your products, including AI product videos, UGC-style videos, collages, image ads and promotions, and posts to seven networks: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube and Bluesky. It can share Judge.me and Fera reviews, skips sold-out products, and works with more store platforms, including Etsy, BigCommerce and eBay.
It also has a free-forever plan with one automatic product post a day per network, and it installs from the Shopify App Store in a click. Synapis connects through a custom app you create in your Shopify admin, which takes a few minutes.
Outfy is set-and-forget: it previews what it makes, but its pages describe no approval step before posting. Synapis sends every post to you to approve, on every account, so nothing goes out that you have not seen.
Synapis also designs each post in your own brand. It reads your website for your colours, fonts and tone, then writes the caption and designs the image together around a best seller, an offer or a new arrival. And it publishes to LinkedIn, which Outfy does not list.
Outfy’s App Store listing shows Essential at $25 a month or $180 a year, Growth $45 or $324, Unlimited $55 or $396, with a 7-day trial; its own pricing page showed lower introductory monthly prices ($15, $27, $33) when we checked. Synapis has no subscription: the first 3,000 credits are free, a post costs about 800, and packs start at $9.90.
No. Synapis makes designed image posts with captions. If you want video on TikTok, Reels and Shorts, Outfy covers that and Synapis does not.
No. You connect it with a custom app that you create in your own Shopify admin, with four read-only scopes. It takes a few minutes and keeps the permissions in your hands.
With Synapis, yes: every post comes to you for approval first. Outfy shows previews and a visual planner; its pages do not describe an approval step.
