# Synapis

> Synapis (synapis.io) is an AI social media automation platform for brands and online stores. It connects to a business website or ecommerce store, learns the brand, and then automatically creates, designs, schedules, and emails social media posts for one-click approval. Built for ecommerce stores like Shopify and WooCommerce, it works for any website. Nothing is ever published without the user's approval.

## What Synapis does

- Analyzes a business website to extract brand colors, styling, tone of voice, business type, and offerings, and builds a promotion strategy from them.
- Connects to ecommerce stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, or manually added products) and reads the product catalog to decide which products to feature.
- Groups content into topics called content pillars, such as Best Sellers, New Arrivals, Best Offers, and Customer Favorites, and builds a weekly content calendar from them.
- Generates each post fresh at its scheduled time: an AI-designed visual built around the product or topic, plus a platform-optimized caption with hashtags in the brand's voice.
- Emails every post to the user for review. The user can edit the design and caption, then approve and publish with one click. Auto-publishing to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram is available via connected pages; posts still require approval first.
- Supports Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Scheduling is flexible: daily, weekly, or monthly cadences per post series, managed from a social calendar.

## How it works (user flow)

1. The user enters their website URL at https://synapis.io/social-automation/initial-setup and Synapis analyzes the site.
2. Optionally, the user uploads a logo and fonts, and connects their store so products can be featured automatically.
3. Synapis builds a weekly calendar of post series (one per content pillar and platform). The user can reschedule, adjust times, or remove topics.
4. The user confirms an approval email. Every post is emailed there at its scheduled time, ready to review. Nothing is published automatically.
5. Ongoing posts are managed from the Social Calendar, where series can be paused, edited, rescheduled, run manually, or deleted.
